I really don't get the reason you had to read the whole article to understand that. I wrote on the first paragraph:

"In this article, we will explain why React is called a library and not a framework, but moreover, I will show you how to elevate your React library into one of two amazing frameworks — Gatsby.js or Next.js. This will really boost your React skills!"

And yeah, that was a teaser title of course ;D
